This policy applies to all AI-based features of Memura, including voice reconstruction, facial avatars, text generation, and time capsule messages.
3. Consent and Control
AI avatars, voices, or messages are created only with explicit user consent.
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded data and may request deletion at any time by emailing memura.life@gmail.com.
Memura does not train its AI models on user data without written permission.
4. Data Minimization and Security
We collect only the data necessary for AI functions and store it securely using encryption and access controls.
All biometric and voice data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Respect for Human Dignity
Memura is designed to honor the memory of loved ones, not to imitate or exploit them.
