You must be at least 18 years old to use Memura. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Account
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload — including photos, videos, voice recordings, and stories.
By uploading, you grant Memura a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content.
5. AI-Generated Content
Memura uses artificial intelligence to create avatars, voices, and time capsule messages.
You understand that AI-generated content may not be accurate or identical to real individuals and should be used only for emotional or creative purposes.
We do not guarantee factual accuracy of AI-generated results.

You agree not to:
Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials;
Create AI avatars of others without their consent;
Interfere with the security of the Service;

7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Some Memura features may require paid subscriptions.
All recurring payments will comply with California’s Auto-Renewal Law (ARL).
We provide:
Clear renewal terms before purchase;
Email confirmation after purchase;
Easy online cancellation;
Advance notice before renewal.
8. Copyright and DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe content violates your copyright, send a DMCA notice to memura.life@gmail.com
(subject: “DMCA Notice”).
We will promptly review and remove infringing material per 17 U.S.C. §512.
9. Limitation of Liability
Memura is provided “as is” without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nolla Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable consumer rules.
You waive class-action claims to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
