2. Kickstarter Campaign Contributions

If you support Memura through Kickstarter or any crowdfunding platform, your payment is considered a pledge or donation, not a retail purchase.
Kickstarter pledges are non-refundable and subject to Kickstarter’s own Terms of Use.

Memura does not process, store, or control funds pledged on Kickstarter.

3. Paid Subscriptions and Services

Memura offers certain features and plans available through paid subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further charges will occur.

Within 7 calendar days of purchase;

No AI-generated data, avatars, or family archives have been created during this period.

After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
