Memura is a digital space built to preserve family memories and emotional connections across generations.
Our mission is to ensure that every story, photo, and message shared on the platform reflects respect, kindness, and authenticity.
These Community Guidelines explain what behavior is acceptable within the Memura community.

3. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or share any content that:
Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination;
Contains harassment, threats, or personal attacks;
Includes sexually explicit or pornographic material;
Violates privacy or copyrights;
Spreads misinformation or impersonates others;
Exploits minors or vulnerable individuals;
Uses AI-generated likenesses of others without consent.
4. AI and Ethical Use
AI-generated avatars, voices, or memories must be used respectfully.
It is strictly forbidden to create AI versions of real individuals for harmful, deceptive, or commercial purposes without consent.
5. Privacy and Consent
Before sharing any photo, video, or story that includes others, ensure you have their consent.
Do not post private information (addresses, IDs, financial data, etc.).
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter inappropriate or harmful content, you can report it by emailing memura.life@gmail.com
or using in-app reporting tools.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 72 hours.
7. Enforcement and Actions
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
Content removal;
Account suspension or permanent ban;
Notification to authorities (in severe cases).
Decisions of the moderation team are final and may not be appealed.
8. Use of Memorial Content
Memura allows users to create memorial spaces for loved ones.
All such content must be respectful and consistent with the purpose of preserving memory — not for parody or profit.
9. Collaboration and Moderation Ethics
Our moderators are trained to handle sensitive materials with empathy, confidentiality, and neutrality.
We may consult with family members before taking action on memorial-related content.
